Project Overview

In the global development of mineral resources, power supply remains the core lifeline for ensuring production safety. Mining operations often face three major energy challenges: remote location far from urban power grids, harsh climate with extreme temperature variations, and the demand for 24/7 continuous power supply. The LEES Power technical team tailored a matrix of eight 2250kVA high-voltage generator sets for a specific mining project, utilizing MTU series engines and Stamford series generators. The entire system adopts a breakthrough modular integrated design, achieving four major technological innovations within a standard 40-foot container.

Triple Noise Reduction System

A combination of external industrial-grade silencers, dual noise reduction enclosures, and residential-grade mufflers strictly controls equipment operating noise. This not only meets mine site environmental standards but also protects workers' hearing health.


Four-Dimensional Protection System

Four sets of heavy-duty air filters construct a multi-layered protective network, effectively blocking dust, moisture, and high temperatures from damaging the units. This adapts to complex operating conditions at altitudes below 1000 meters.


Intelligent Maintenance Solution

A visual electronic oil level monitoring system paired with an automatic oil replenishment device enables real-time tracking and precise oil management. Combined with external maintenance access design, this improves routine maintenance efficiency by 40%.


Safety Redundancy Configuration

Capable of integrating fire detection and alarm systems to automatically identify fire hazards. LED explosion-proof lighting provides 360° illumination for operations. This dual-safeguard ensures all-weather safe operation.
