Project Overview

This project is a dedicated standby power project for a hospital in Oceania. As a special public service facility with extremely stringent requirements for power supply stability, equipment environmental performance and operational safety, hospitals impose strict standards on emission indicators, operational reliability and space adaptability of standby generator units.

To ensure uninterrupted power supply for critical loads including life-support systems, diagnostic imaging, and IT infrastructure,  this customized solution adopts 3 sets of dedicated Cummins generator units together with integrated after-treatment systems, fully meeting the diverse operational demands of hospital application scenarios.

Customized After-treatment Device

This DOC + SCR after-treatment system complies with EPA Tier 4 standards. Its rotary mixer / flow distributor optimizes pollutant removal, while an intelligent control cabinet manages all operations. The built-in air compressor automatic ash cleaning mechanism for sustained superior purification.

400kW Dry Load Bank

This 400kW dry load system accurately simulates hospital power loads, supports auto/manual adjustable loading, and step-load shedding for seamless transfer to enable seamless generator-mains switching for uninterrupted medical power.

To verify system performance without disrupting hospital operations, the 400kW load bank enables full - load testing and periodic maintenance exercises under controlled conditions.

Optimize Structure and Spatial Layout

All equipment is integrated in a 40ft container with mobility and ample maintenance space. Compact layout of pipes and auxiliary gear cuts redundant pipelines and boosts system operation efficiency.

Comprehensive Safety & Protection Systems

Comprehensive safety protection includes thermal insulation for anti-scald and noise reduction, motorized louvers for temperature control, and dual independent control cabinets to EMI/RFI shielding between control cabinets and facilitate maintenance.
