  • Insulated exhaust system: Prevents high-temperature surfaces from becoming ignition sources.

  • Smart electric louvers: Automatically close during shutdown to block dust; open during operation to ensure optimal ventilation.

  • Reliable Operation in Extreme Heat – Rated for 50°C

  • Vertically mounted electric radiator: Saves space while improving heat dissipation efficiency.

  • Four independently driven axial fans: Provide redundancy—system continues operating even if one fan fails.

  • High-performance air filters: Extended service life under dusty, high-temperature conditions.

  • Parker triple-stage fuel-water separator: Ensures fuel cleanliness for enhanced system reliability.

  • Intelligent Automation – Minimized On-Site Intervention

  • Automatic oil replenishment system: Features an imported Morphy balancer and oil level sensor—supports up to 500 hours of continuous operation without manual refilling.

  • Dual-fuel tank system: ISO 40-ft HC container with 1,000L built-in tank + external pump-assisted refueling, reducing refueling frequency and logistics costs.

  • Siemens PLC remote monitoring: Real-time access to generator parameters, alarms, and diagnostics—enabling faster response and lower maintenance workload.
