For a resort in South America, four gas generator sets have been customized to meet local power demand. The units support parallel operation and are equipped with independent paralleling cabinets. All equipment will be integrated into a compact power station system, with the overall design centered on adapting to site-specific operating conditions.

Radiator integrated within the container
Standard containerized power stations usually adopt external radiators, while all equipment must be built-in for this project. Engineers optimized the airflow layout with bilateral air intake, lateral exhaust, 1.9m elevated radiator and vertical fans. The built-in radiator maintains superior cooling performance for full-load stable operation under high temperatures.
Operator-Friendly Features
For long-running power stations, maintenance efficiency directly impacts operating costs. LEES incorporates practical designs including high-level liquid level gauges, acrylic viewing panels, automatic oil make-up systems and factory pre-tested paralleling cabinets.Though subtle individually, these features collectively cut on-site work and long-term maintenance burdens.
25 dB(A) noise reduction
The resort is highly noise-sensitive. The 25 dB(A) noise reduction relies on systematic acoustic design. Noise control measures are applied to containers, vents and access doors. The walkable top air grille ensures ventilation, noise suppression and safe maintenance.
Four parallel-operable Cummins containerized gas gensets are customized for a South American resort, overcoming strict constraints including built-in radiators, 25 dB(A) noise reduction and rapid commissioning.
